44th BCS Preliminary Exam Seat Plan 2022 PDF Download. The public service commission (PSC) has released the seating for the 44th BCS preliminary examination. The exam will be held simultaneously in all the departments on Friday (May 27).
This was stated in a notification issued by the PSC on Sunday afternoon. According to the notification, the preliminary examination will be held in Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur and Mymensingh centres.
The 200 marks exam will be held from 10 am to 12 noon. Candidates will have to take their seats between 8.30 am and 9.25 am. It has been banned to bring books, all types of watches, cellphones, calculators, all types of electronic devices, jewelry and bags to the examination centre. At the gate of the examination hall, in the presence of executive magistrate police, the candidates will have to enter the examination hall by searching the prohibited items including mobile phones, watches, electronic devices with the help of entry cards and metal detectors.

A total of 3,50,716 people have applied for the 44th BCS. The application period for A BCS was extended by a month as the final examination at the national university was not over.
The online application for the 44th BCS began on December 30 last year. The last date for the first round of applications was January 31. The PSC later extended it to March 2.
According to the notification of the 44th BCS, 1,710 officers will be taken in different cadres in this BCS. Of these, 250 will be taken in the administration cadre, 50 in the police cadre, 10 in the foreign cadre, 14 in the Ansar cadre, 30 in audit and as, 11 each, 8 in co-operatives, 7 in railway transport and commercial, 10 in information, 23 in call, 6 in commerce, 27 in family planning, 3 in food, 485 in the technical cadre and 776 in the education cadre.
Distribution of subjects and marks of preliminary examination:
There will be a test of 35 marks in Bengali Language and Literature, English Language and Literature 35, Bangladesh Subjects 30, International Subjects 20, Geography (Bangladesh and World), Environment and Disaster Management 10, General Science 15, Computer and Information Technology 15, Mathematical Reasoning 15, Mental Skills 15, Mental Skills 15, Ethics, Values and Good Governance.
